In addition to the measurement, it performs a regulation function thanks to a built-in needle valve with a precise actuator. You can communicate with the device both analog and digital. All the necessary information is on the manufacturer's website dedicated to this valve. In addition to analog and digital RS-232 communication, the device also has an interface to the Profibus industrial network. Flow range 10 l / min. It was designed to dose hydrogen to a vacuum technological installation.
